Inktober in Maldives 2018: Highlights

Ah, October. The one month of the year (and possibly the best one) when all our social media feeds are overtaken not by foreign labels or white celebrities, but by budding local talent. A month besieged by visual artists showcasing the height of their immense creative skill, one where a recurring hashtag on every photo is seen all across the board. October is no longer October anymore. It's Inktober.

As a way of commemoration, we took to Instagram and asked you which artists you felt were deserving of a spot on our Inktober highlights reel. The tight list you see below consists of the top twelve fan favourites in no particular order, although if we had it our way, the list would truly be endless.
